At Indiethnicwear, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with the best international courier companies. Giving below are the key questions on our shipping policy.

Q1-Where all do we deliver?

We deliver to all and any postal addresses around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone number.

Q2-On What days do we deliver?

Our courier partners will be able to deliver your orders to you between Monday through Friday during the business hours. Working days exclude public holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days, so the deliveries may not be made on Fridays.

Q3-What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat US $10 for all orders below US $99. For US $99 and above, the shipping is free worldwide! For countries other than the US, the threshold value for free shipping will be the equivalent of US $99 in their local currency.

Q4-Will I have to pay any VAT & Customs Duty?

Please note all prices shown on Indiethnicwear.com are inclusive of Duties and Taxes so you don't have to worry about any hidden or additional charges being levied on your purchase or at the time of delivery.

Q5-How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We promise to dispatch your order within 3 to 4 working days from our warehouse. We also guarantee that you will receive your order within 10 working days.

Q6-How long will it take for me to receive my Bespoke order?

We promise to deliver your Bespoke order within 15 working days.

Q7-Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, Indiethnicwear does not deliver to P.O. Box, APO, FPO and Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code and telephone number.

Q8-What If I am not at home to receive the shipment?

If you are not at home to receive the package, our courier partners will attempt the delivery three times.
Please note that shipments to USA & some other countries can be left at door if you are not present to receive the package. Our courier partners will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Q9-Can I change my shipping address after I have placed the order?

In order to give you excellent service, we try to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Therefore please make sure you provide us with the correct address at the first instance itself. However, if an address change is really required please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We won’t be able to redirect your orders to the new address once the order has been dispatched.

Q10-How soon can I cancel my order?

We try to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you want to cancel your order, we request contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Our email id is hello@indiethnicwear.com also the order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Q11-How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you your package tracking information. The email will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details.

Q12-Is my Package secured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Q13-In case I don’t get my order within 10 working days?

We promise to deliver all your orders within 10 working days. In case you don’t get your order within this time, we will give you US $20 Off on your your next order.
To redeem your US $20, please email us at hello@Indiethnicwear.com with the details of your delayed order along with its tracking details.
For your next order, we will send you a one-time discount coupon code using which you can redeem US $20.

Q14-What is the fine print for the 10 Day Delivery Guarantee?
Bulk orders (in excess of US $500) will not be valid for the 10 day guarantee delivery.
  • The guarantee delivery will not be valid in case the customer gives an incorrect shipping address.
  • The 10 day guarantee delivery is applicable only till the day of the first attempted delivery by our courier partners. In case you are not available to receive the shipment the guarantee delivery will not be valid.
  • Indiethnicwear reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without any prior intimation.
  • The guarantee delivery will not be valid in public / gazetted holiday's.
