Returns & Refund Policy
What is the process of Returns & Refund?
1. We provide hassle free returns on all the orders. If you didn’t like the product, no questions asked and you are eligible for returns. All you need to do is inform us within 2 days of receiving the order. Please make sure returned items are in their original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and along with all the content and original packaging.
2. To file for a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the item you want to return. We will send you specific instructions on how to return your products.
3. You will have to ship the product back to India as per the instructions we provide. Always return your products using registered airmail or a reliable courier service such as UPS or FedEx.
4. Please mark the items as “Gift” and “Not for Sale” and declare a low nominal value.
5. Please share the tracking details of the returned package with us.
6. Upon receiving the package, we will examine the items and we will refund you the amount. Indiethnicwear charges a nominal restocking fee of 20% of item price on all returned items. If you return a product of US $100 value, Indiethnicwear would refund US $80 back to the customer Credit Card / Debit Card or PayPal account. Please note customer would have to bear the cost of shipping products back to us.
For Bespoke products there will be a restocking fee of 35% of item price on return of the items. You can choose to:
- Take refund in the form of store credit
- Take a refund on your original credit or debit card.
1. If you would like to cancel the Bespoke order you have placed, you need to inform us at email@example.com within 24 hrs from the time you have placed the order, and we will refund you the full amount.
2. If you inform us after 24 hours, upon which their will be a 50% deduction from the total amount you have payed.
What do I do if I have received damaged item/s or the item/s has a manufacturing defect or I have received a wrong item?
If you received a damaged item, or the item you received had a manufacturing defect or if a wrong item has been shipped, please email us a photo of the product within 2 Days along with your order details. You can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon authorization of the return:
- We will ship you a replacement item at the earliest with no extra shipping cost to you.
- If the original ordered item is no longer available then we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship it to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
- If you do not want any alternate then you could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card.
How soon will I get my refund?
If you return has been accepted, we will refund your original credit card or debit card within 7 business days of receiving your return package at our warehouse.
What products are not covered under Return and Refund?
Any product which is bought under Buy 1 Get 1 promotion are not applicable for Return and Refund. Also any product which is bought on 50% or above discount are also not applicable under Return and Refund.
