Registering with Indiethnicwear and My Account
You can become a part of Indiethnicwear in one simple step. On our home page at the top right corner you will see a link which says "Login / Register". Click on it and you will be guided to the "login" page.
After login in to your account, you will be shown your entire order history
We will send you automated email confirming that you are registered with us along with your login ID and password.
If you have forgotten your password or it does not work for some reason, the first step we recommend is to try the Forgot Password link to generate a new password. If this new password doesn't work, please contact Customer Support..
Placing an order
If you are a registered user, you can save your address with us by giving us your details in the, My Accounts section. One saved, you can retrieve your address at the time of checkout.
We will dispatch the order within 24 hours of you placing the order. We also guarantee that you will receive the order within 7 business days anywhere in the world.
Indiethnicwear will deliver orders through reputed courier companies like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can also login to the My Account section and check the status of your order.
Yes, we do allow exchanges, but they are dependent on the item. Some items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These details will be mentioned at the product page. Please make it a point to check the details before you place your order. Once the order has been dispatched, no exchange request can be entertained. For further details on this please check our Returns Policy.
Since we try to dispatch the orders as soon as possible, we request you to place a fresh order for the item you choose to purchase.
Once the order has been dispatched, we will send you a mail with the order tracking number. You can go to the courier company's website and check the status of your order..

We try to minimize partial shipment of orders. If it all this happens, we will send you the complete tracking details of the multiple packages.
Once an item is out of stock, you can mail us with its details. If possible, we will try to get it back on our website.
You can cancel the order and place it again as long as the order has not been dispatched. If your original order has been dispatched then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it.
We promise to bring you great products at the best prices in the market. If you are able to find a better price for the same item, then we will match the lower price by giving you refund.

Only one discount code can be used at a time to place an order.
You will not able able to apply a coupon code if you have already made the payment for an order. However, the code will remain valid and you can use them for your future purchases.
As the item is already on sale and on a discounted price, any additional discount will not be applicable to it.
All discount codes run on specific conditions such as a set expiration date, applicability on a defined category of merchandise, usage etc. In case a discount code is not working, we request you to email us the code. We will check its conditions and get back to you asap.
The free gifts which we give (if any) will be a gift from us to you, as a gesture of good will for shopping with us. It cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.
In case you cancel the order, the free gift is cancelled automatically.
Your payment may have failed due to some technical error while processing the transactions. We suggest you to try a different card for payment or contact your respective bank.
This may have happened due to some technical error while performing the transactions. Write back to us with your payment details and we will refund the money to your credit or debit card.
If your payment is not completed successfully through the Gateway used, please try again by deleting the cookies from your system. However, if the issue persists please send us the error message which you are getting while trying to complete the payment. We will look into it and try to solve the problem asap
We do not store any of your bank details or your credit/debit card numbers. When you make a payment while completing a transaction, your details directly go to the credit company or your bank for the payment approval as directed by the payment gateway.
Indiethnicwear uses the latest data encryption technology to ensure that your account information is not available to outside resources. Also we never authorize our customer's information to any third party. We consider that the privacy of our customer is extremely important to us. We are in the business of serving you and not selling the information of the customers. Your name, address and other information's are collected only to attend your order.
This may happen due to the following reasons:

In case of Credit Card payment, we accept Visa/Master Card/Discover/JCB/American Express/Diners Club cards. For debit card payment, please check with your bank if they facilitate with overseas payment.
You can change the mode of payment only before it has been made. Once payment completed and approved by us, it cannot be changed.
Even if you set your local currency as default, at the time of checkout, the amount will be shown in US Dollars, that is the standard payment currency of our website.
In case, you do not have a PayPal Account, you can transfer your funds through credit card or Debit card. You can also make the payment via Net banking.
A slight change in price may occur due to currency fluctuation. It always reflects the most recent price with the displayed products on the website.
Indiethnicwear uses US Dollar as the standard currency for payments. If you have selected your local currency as the default option for the store, you will be charged the US dollar equivalent amount for your order. The foreign exchange rate used for the conversion be the rate of your bank.
PayPal ID is the Email ID by which you are registered with PayPal while opening an account to transferring and receiving of money.
No, it is not compulsory to register in PayPal. You can use PayPal as a Guest User. Guest user is being used by credit/debit card holder who wants to use the PayPal gateway just as a service provider.
Variation in price depends on multiple factors. Please mail us the item specific link of the site where you have found the item in lesser price so that we can assist you accordingly.

It will be difficult for us to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched or undergone customization. However we request you to email us at hello@Indiethnicwear.com with a reason of cancellation, we will check the status of your order from our end and assist you accordingly.
You can surely change the Shipping Address till the item is not shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for the required amendment.

Once an order is shipped, we email the courier company's name and order tracking number to you. You can visit the courier company's website to track your order

Given below are the T&Cs for the 10 Day Delivery Guarantee:
- Bulk orders (in excess of USD 500) will not be valid for the 10 day delivery guarantee
- The delivery guarantee will not be valid in case the customer gives an incorrect shipping address
- The 10 day delivery guarantee is applicable only till the day of the first attempted delivery by our courier partners. In case you are not available to receive the shipment the delivery guarantee will not be valid.
- Indiethnicwear reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without any prior intimation
- The guarantee delivery will not be valid in public / gazetted holiday's.

Custom Duty charges are a tax levied on import of goods by the custom authorities of your respective country to raise revenue. Mainly, custom duty is levied on the value of goods or upon the weight, dimensions or some other criteria of the item. These vary from country to country, and even from item to item.
Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our, or any seller's, control, but are determined by your local government.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur. There are different rates of duty for different goods imported from certain countries in terms of bilateral or other agreement with such countries which are called preferential rate of duties the duty may be percentage of the value of the goods or at specified rate. The rate of customs duty applicable will be as provided in Customs Act, subject to exemption notifications, if any, applicable.
Shipping cost is something which you have paid us to ship the item to you. All Indiethnicwear products are shipped on CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) prepaid basis. If the courier delivery person tries to collect shipping charges from you please do not pay and contact us. But VAT/custom taxes and import duties must be paid directly by the buyer to the courier agency. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
We have a list of countries where these charges may occur and we always send an automated email to all our customers once the order is placed informing them about the charges so that they will be aware of these charges at the time of receiving the delivery.

We believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered. If the replacement item is of lower value then we can provide you with store credits to be used in your future orders.

For cancelled orders, the refund is issued via the same mode of payment that was used to place the order. For example, if you had made the payment for the order using your Visa or MasterCard Credit Card, refund for the cancelled order will be issued to the same credit card.
